Do you offer flexible payment plans?

  • Yes! I offer no interest installment plans. I am also partnered with Affirm for longer term financing options.

What is included in your Premium 1:1 Coaching Program?

  • You get: a 60 minute intake visit which includes a comprehensive nutrition & health assessment plus a Personalized Nutrition & Wellness Plan. If applicable, this will also include therapeutic protocols based off of lab results.

  • Monthly 1:1 visits conducted via telehealth during the program’s duration to provide the support and accountability you need to create lasting changes.

  • Weekly check in’s in between program 1:1 visits conducted over messenger to review food diaries, progress, and make updates to your plan.

  • The premium 1:1 program also includes unlimited messaging with me via the client portal for the entire duration of the program.

  • All lab interpretations are included free of charge throughout the program, as well as discounts on Follow Up Visit Packages after your program’s completion (for life!).

  • Clients in programs also receive a generous discount on all recommended supplements from my online dispensary.

Can I book additional follow up visits with you?

  • Absolutely! All clients who have purchased a 1:1 coaching program have the option to add on Follow Up Visits at any time after their program’s completion.

Do you take insurance?

  • At this time, I do not currently accept insurance plans. Being a cash-pay practitioner allows me to offer more comprehensive services & support than insurance coverage would allow.

How about labs, are they covered by insurance?

  • Functional labs are not currently covered by insurance. I offer these labs at the same price that I can get them for, to ensure I’m offering the least expensive option possible to my clients. Some labs offer flexible payment options including no-interest payment plans, and HSA and FSA cards.

What type of conditions do you work with?

  • I offer therapeutic nutritional support for a wide range of conditions, however my bread and butter include digestive dysfunction (IBS, bloating, irregular or suboptimal bowel movements, constipation, diarrhea, SIBO, acid reflux, food sensitivities, and other inflammatory bowel conditions), women’s hormone health (PCOS, endometriosis, irregular cycles, dysmenorrhea/ painful periods, PMS, secondary amenorrhea, acne, thyroid), REDs/ low energy availability, autoimmune diseases, and metabolic dysfunction (blood sugar regulation, weight loss resistance, high blood pressure, dyslipedemia).
